SOLUTIONS

Static process equipment

Process and mechanical definition of vessels, separators and shell-and-tube heat exchangers around the actual service conditions.

Static process equipment

Typical engineering scope

  • Thermal and hydraulic duty definition
  • Vessel and separator process sizing
  • Mechanical datasheets and material selection
  • Nozzle, internal and support coordination
  • Inspection and documentation requirements
  • Vendor technical review

ENGINEERING DELIVERY FRAMEWORK

From a defined duty to an operable handover

Each package is treated as an integrated system—not a collection of isolated equipment. Process, mechanical and control decisions remain connected through traceable, reviewable deliverables.

Design basis & simulation

Freeze the design basis, operating cases, feed composition, normal and turndown capacity, ambient conditions and battery limits before detailed engineering. Mass-and-energy balances, equipment sizing and hydraulics are developed from verified inputs.

Process safety & operability

Review PFDs and P&IDs; support HAZID and HAZOP; define cause-and-effect, ESD and blowdown requirements, maintainability access and control philosophy to reduce commissioning and operating risk.

Multidiscipline engineering control

Coordinate process, mechanical, piping, structural, electrical and instrumentation deliverables through a document register, interface control, comment resolution and disciplined change tracking through final and as-built issue.

Technical procurement & fabrication

Prepare datasheets and material requisitions, evaluate bids, review vendor documents, define ITP hold and witness points, control materials, inspect fabrication and track NCRs to closure.

Commissioning readiness

Define mechanical completion, pre-commissioning check sheets, test packs, cleaning and leak testing, loop and logic verification, start-up support and performance testing.

Lifecycle handover

Compile the manufacturing data record, operating and maintenance manuals, recommended spares, lessons learned and a traceable handover dossier for the operator.
